Will had his Pinewood Derby race last weekend. It's funny, but coming from a family with all girls, I had never heard of a Pinewood Derby until I met Bill...even then, until recently, I thought that it was a little car-racing thing the boys in his neighborhood did. He lived on Pinewood Rd and went to Pinewood Elementary School...go figure!
Well, with a little help from his dad, Will made a super-cool race car! Although he finished 13th over-all, he did win the "Best Paint Job" award. I guess Bill's, er... I mean Will's, hard work really paid off!
