My lesson of the day

This is what I learned today:

Once one of those big exercise balls has been punctured, it cannot be adequately repaired with duct tape.

It is not safe.

Oh no!! Maybe if I used mine I would have had to repair it at some point in time, now I know, don't bother. ;)
